Oregon Psychiatric Medicine is pleased to offer telehealth psychiatry and therapy services for patients throughout Oregon who are covered by FEP Blue, the Federal Employee Program administered through Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). Our psychiatrists (MD/DO) and licensed therapists participate in Blue Cross Blue Shield networks, including the BlueCard® system, allowing many federal employees, retirees, and eligible family members to receive in-network behavioral health care through the FEP Blue program.

What Is FEP Blue?
FEP Blue is the Federal Employee Program operated by Blue Cross Blue Shield that provides health insurance coverage to federal employees, U.S. Postal Service employees, federal retirees, and their eligible dependents. Because FEP Blue operates through the nationwide Blue Cross Blue Shield network, members generally have access to a broad national provider panel, including participating psychiatrists, therapists, hospitals, and outpatient clinics.
When your insurance card displays the FEP Blue designation, your behavioral health services are typically administered through participating BCBS network providers.
