Our providers are in-network with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, including the Participating, Preferred, Individual and Family Network, and RealValue plans. We are not able to accept Legacy, Blue High Performance Network, or Medicare Advantage plans.
BlueCross BlueShield BlueCard
If you have a BCBS plan from another state and your insurance card includes the BlueCard® logo, we are often able to accept those plans, as well, although coverage may vary by policy. We’d be happy to verify your benefits and help you determine if your specific plan is eligible.
MultiPlan / PHCS
If you have a PPO plan with another insurance provider, please check your card to see if it has a Multiplan or PHCS logo. This means you can access a broader network of providers. Our providers are in-network with Multiplan / PHCS, so we can accept your insurance if your card has this logo. BridgeSpan
Our providers are in-network with all BridgeSpan plans, including the Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers of the Individual Value and RealValue plans.
