Medication Management
Our psychiatrists are well-versed in using psychiatric medications to effectively manage mental health conditions. We treat the full range of psychiatric conditions, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, psychotic disorders, and substance use.
Psychotherapy
Our therapists are trained in a variety of psychotherapy techniques, so they can choose the one that best fits your needs. Our goal is to empower you to identify and disrupt unhealthy thought patterns, navigate conflict productively, improve your relationships, develop healthy coping strategies, problem-solve, and move steadily toward the life you want for yourself.
Therapeutic Activities
Some of the best treatment outcomes result from a multi-pronged strategy that incorporates therapeutic activities. These activities may include daily exercise or movement, practicing meditation or mindfulness, spending dedicated time in nature, adopting dietary strategies, and correcting deficiencies in nutrition that influence mental health. Engaging in these activities consistently, over time, can be very impactful. Our providers will make other personalized recommendations as they learn more about you and your unique situation.
Referrals & Care Management
While continuing to manage your care, our providers may also refer you to other medical professionals who can participate in helping you reach your treatment goals. For example:
-A center that offers a specialized, focused treatment, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for treatment-resistant depression
-A psychologist who conducts in-person exams or offers formalized testing, such as an evaluation for dual-diagnosis or complex ADHD
-A lab that takes and tests physical samples from your body, such as bloodwork to assess deficiencies in omega-3 fatty acids or B-vitamins
